Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policies

• We offer FREE Shipping for orders over $100 on all United States orders. If your purchase is under $100, shipping based on your location will be added. 
• Your order will be made for you at the  moment of purchase.  Most of our orders are processed within 5-7 days business days after payment is received. 
• Items are shipped via UPS with tracking number.
• If your favorite items are out of stock, Please contact us at info@kebelmarquezdesigns.com
• We accept major credit cards and debit cards as well as PAYPAL.
• When using PAYPAL, please make sure to update and confirm your name and shipping address.

RETURNS

• If the item doesn't fit you well, received the incorrect item or arrive damage, you should ship the items  back to us within 72 hours from the day of delivery.
• We will resend you the new item at no shipping cost, if total is over $100. But we are asking you to be responsable for returning shipping costs.

EXCHANGE

• Please let us know what you want in EXCHANGE; full refund of your money or exchange of your item.
• Refunds will take place within 1-3 business days after the items are received and evaluated.
• Please note that in order to get your refund, we must receive the item with the  tracking number to do a follow up.
